Floating Leaves Tea Oolong Tea which Tor has been brewing lately. I have had it a bit and enjoy it too, it's very roast-forward but still distinguished.
Aroma is sweet and thick with the classic 'Dong Ding Fruit' note, and a rich roast fills it out. Broth is full bodied on the tongue. The impact as the broth hits the mouth is well defined, and follows with a spreading, blooming sensation that reaches the roof of the mouth and sides of the cheeks.
Throat sensation of the broth is immediate and deeply satisfying. It sits at the throat with a comfortable warmness. Aftertaste leaves behind a pleasant mineral salivation and pervasive 'returning sweetness'.
This batch is particularly robust and full. Already opened up and very satisfying after just one day of acclimating to the new environment.
